My Training Philosophy
My training philosophy is simple: show up for yourself everyday, always give your best effort, and always remember your why.
I get it, life is hard, life is messy. There is no training block that will ever go perfectly - get that out of your head. The more you can let go of perfection, the better your training will be and the more you will actually enjoy what you’re doing.
I will push you to set big goals, goals that scare you because I genuinely believe in the human capacity to do things beyond our wildest dreams. Because you have one life and you deserve to do amazing things. Because I’ve seen first hand how running can truly improve your self-confidence and change the way you move through the world.
Just remember, at the end of the day, running is a privilege. It is a privilege to CHOOSE when your life is hard. It’s a privilege to have the time, the resources, and a healthy body that allows you to run. Never lose sight of that and never take a single run for granted.
